I know i'm not the only yankee trying to get to EBI, but with the odvious disidvantage of the exchange rate, finding the cheapest possible airfare is a must.  Most everything I find is in the $1200.00 range. I heard of a $600.00-$700.00 rate out there, but haven't seen it with my own eyes yet. I live in Arizona, don't mind driving to LAX if the fare is cheaper. Any Ideas  Huh

Kobus mentioned today that Swiss Air had some screamin' deal for about $650ish round trip from LAX to BRU, via ZRH... on Orbitz. But I sure could not find anything less that $1200 out the door! I just checked all the biggies, and came out ziltch.

have you tried other airports, paris or london.  You will have a 3-4 hour drive, but it might work out cheaper especially if you can hitch a ride.

i just used www.expedia.com from LAX to LUX (about 100 miles away) came in at $859

air france is the cheapest $754 from LAX to BRU http://www.airfrance.us

Or even get a flight into somewhere like Birmingham and then get another flight to Brussels?

Ah, that's not what I see.... That is the ONE-WAY price. Please show me that I am wrong, 'cause I would love to find a lower price for a round trip.

oops, didn't see it was only half the journey, another one to try is virgin atlantic, vegas to gatwick or LAX to heathrow.

but expedia is still the cheapest, if you like to fly into Philli, then onto Milan Italy, before continuing into luxembourg!
