Fabs those B&W photos of your car are awsome.

You know, if you look at that pic of Jim's car and squint just right, the chrome trim disappears.  Cheesy

[stirring the pot]Daily driver cars? I'm sure most people don't drive their Cal Look VWs as daily drivers. Which is no biggie, but shouldn't this be in Off Topic?[/stirring the pot]

Y'all don't wanna see my daily drivers... just a beige Volvo estate and a silver BMW 320i.

Except for a 66 Nova Wagon I had for a little while I have driven nothing but air cooled VW`s daily for the past 23 years. Until recently my daily driver was a69 Fastback. But since it got totaled I have been driving Lukes 66 Fastback (Thanks Luke) and am looking for another VW to drive.

I drive my 67, 8 days a week, 11,000 miles since I got it a year and a half ago. Rain, sleet or snow it has to get me to work.

It should not be a problem for a moderator to merge them into one.

As for daily drivers, this is mine during summer:

and winter:

and spring (really):

The engine is stock at the moment, but this should change within a month or two.
I used to drive another Bug as a daily driver before that one. I plan to stick to air cooled VW's as e mean of transportation as long as possible. For now, I can see no problem with that.
