This is something I'm working on...
It's an adapter for the NOS activation Button that goes on the Empi GT Wheel, as i don't want to drill holes in my Sterring Wheel!!!
It'll be hold on the Wheel by two little lips on the adapterplate and one little screw that will go thrue the original Opening in the spoke of the Wheel...

Looking good Frank!
Me too have the NOS button on the steering using a self made adapter quite similar to yours (thanks to Tekken for the nice looking piece) I liked the idea to have a button instead of a trigger down at the pedal or around one of the carbs. I have the flat4 copy of your steering wheel.
I installed the solenoids on top of the fan house and I have mounted the nozzles on the inside of the manifolds using flexible wires from the solenoids. I drilled the jets on the nozzle side to oversize (1mm) and I change jets on the solenoid side instead. This way I only change 2 jets instead of 8 down at the manifolds.

Hi,
I`m crazy but I`m not that crazy that I would polish my nitrous nozzles
They are the annular discharge stainless straight spray ones from NOS. I do have some more picks, I just need to find them. Is it anything special you want to see a picture of? It is a very simple set up but it works.
On this year engine my manifolds are heavily welded but there is still room for them on the inside.

His engine is really nice and pushes his race car over the line in 10 something. If I remember correctly it dynoed 253 without the NOS and then he added around 135hp. You can find all the info you need on his page.

back in 1995 I put my line-loc button on a similar piece of ally mounted on my steering wheel in the correct location for my right hand thumb - it works really well. a lot of non-VW people ask what it's for, and the easiest way to explain is to show them...

First year I used one pump, one 8mm line, 8mm outlet from the original tank and two regulators - worked fine and nothing bad happened. But I only had a 40hp shot. I did not retard the ignition and I did have a fuel pressure drop. Lucky? Perhaps. I did install two pumps and one extra 10mm line the year after - no problems. If you have a effective pump, big enough fuel line I do believe you can get away with a singel system up to a certain level.
I used Holley blue and their crappy regulators but I will never buy that pump and regulator again. Noisy and cheap looking both the pump and the regulator. I do like their new black series though but have not tried them.
I would love to see a VW with a real professional system with 2,3 or 4 stages and one hell of a shot.

I also use a separate gas tank for the Nitrous and I run BOSCH fuel pump for the injection with regulater(with fuel return bypass).
Many said keep the fuel pressure as 6psi for nitrous....or so but since I use injection pump, I run with 47psi !!!(Fuel jet size #16) and my current Nitrous jet size in #28
Also use MSD multi retard system, so every time I squeeze it timing will retard 4degree.
So far, no problem on this set up.

I think it's a #24 or 22 jet in the nitrous and a #26 on the fuel. I've got a Holley fuel pump and a separate -8 hard line for the nitrous. It's been a long time since I've messed with the jetting, but it runs strong. I've been bugging Dave to come on here, I usually see him on Saturday mornings at Cars and Coffe in Irvine. ). If I remember correctly he used a 200hp shot without any kind of retard or controller. That got to be on hell of kick!
Here is a question to you; why do you change jets at the nozzle end forcing you to change more jets compared to what you could get away with if you changed it at the solenoid end. By doing this you only change two jets and it takes 10 minutes. I drilled my nozzle side jets to a oversize (1,5mm) and used one 34 and one 32 jet.

I took this pictures at Euro bug in. I forget the name of the owner of the car and I'm sure he's on the lounge (Sorry
), but that's the one which receive the price for best cal look. A VW from the DFL.
Take a look how the Nos buttons is mounted.
