I have te split my case , and I thinking about to switch the W110 cam for a FK cam.
What do you guys recomend? FK7, FK8 or something else.

The engine specs are 1776cc with ported heads, and 40x35,5 valves.

Edit, the engine is for street use.

It all depends on your headwork. How extensive the work and who performed it. Also, your compression should factor in to the equation.

I'd run a set of Jeff Denham non welded 041 heads with a 42 or 44 intake and a W 130 with 1:25 rockers or an FK8. If you went with Jeffs heads, you should tell him which cam you will be using so he can set you up with what you need. Good luck with your combo!!

Hi Richie, I have now 1:1 rockers on my w110 cam, but I have also a set of 1:4 rockers, that I will use with another cam.

Sander go with a FK8 cam with the 1.4 rockers Grin otherwise for street i would buy a w120.For daily street use maybe the FK8 cam will be to radical but all depends on what you want with the engine.

For street i always used the w120 cam with great result. Cool

I have 36ers with 30 vents, but I think I would go for the W120. The FK43 is for large displacement, and I have only 1776cc Undecided

Thanks for thinking with me guys, I appreciated that!

Hi Sander, sounds like fun. However, I see your carbs as kind of limiting the powerband and going too radical on the cam. The ideal vent diameter for your size motor needs to be 32-34mm to spin up to 6000. I think the Engle 110 will actually be a good cam for you in this case.
