not the 1776 people, it's Clarkey's 1800 from the split. Petes motor is lacking oil pressure.
Dave dinning is running big petes street motor and if Jim Smith remembers to fuel his car before he runs, that thing will run an 8!
would've got 3 runs in today if the pro-mod didn't wipe out the tree and barrier

I'll get some photos up at some point. Wasn't a bad weekend really but less rain would have been good. I think the club will soon be able to claim the worlds fastest Resto-Cal which is not something I'd have predicted a couple of years back!

I did spot the new paint job on Eurodragster!  Wink

Sorry I couldn't make it - went to a wedding on saturday night, woke up early sunday morning and went to get the caravan (luxury accommodation!) at 7am, found the towbar lights didn't work on the new towcar so tried to fix them, then the rain started... I carried on in the rain trying to get the damn lights to work! Angry
Got to 11am and decided that after 2 1/2 hours of dodging the rain to roll around on the ground realised it wasn't going to happen so went inside to contemplate what to do with the rest of a soggy weekend! (read: have a sulk!). Still raining at midday so checked out the weather forecast on the internet for the track, wasn't too impressed so decided to give up on racing and went to my better half's grandparents static caravan. Gave up on those sodding electrics too! Cheesy

It,s all steel up front now with a opening bonnet much easier in petrol station now (i loved the patina of the bonnet i can't bring my self to match it up to the rest yet).
