Seriously though, who wears black socks with shorts?
Me. I've been doing that for years. This is from June of last year.
Sorry, Rick... I'm not Stanley, nor am I on holiday in España. Far from being in my seventies, too.
Back to thread stuff; I'm guessing that the Citroën bodies would do well regarding aerodynamics on the salt flats, yes?

I really dig this 28/29!
Looks like you had an awesome time! I went to Bonneville Speed Week last August, it really was a trip. Maybe I'll post up some pictures...

... I think the coolest part about the Citroen was the 750lbs. of steel weight hiding under the trunk lid-...
I think Bob Stahl's Bug runs something in the order of 1000lbs ballast.
Yep... when it comes to LSR... weight is your friend!

Leave my black socks alone.
The Person(Female)? in question is wearing a white top in one of the early photos..........she piloted a Hayabusa to 218MPH that day.

OK, which girl? the one on the golfcart?
BTW: white socks are not appreciated here in Belgium by girls. i know they are the 'cool thing' for the last 30 years i the USA, but here i know several girls who think white socks (especially with long pants) are a big turnoff. but to each there own, if you want to stay single.
Fred that pic could have been taken in the eighties with that board, wheels and helmet.

Come to Papa! With the X in the class, it has to be a flathead or early inline.

My guess is an inline judging by the exhaust peeking out from underneath. Dig the quickchange, too.
