I'm trying to order some parts from Gene Berg Enterprises. But they just don't respond to emails  Huh

Just wondering what the experience is from other people on this side of the pond  Wink
Do they ship through USPS or only UPS? etc.

it took a more then a week but they replied my mail. haven't ordered anything yet, but asked about products...

They are not open on Saturdays, just during the week. Best bet is to call either way. They do get really busy.

call and talk to them. then they will follow up with email.

they used to have those customer number#, but i was told system crashed.
