Don't piss down my back and tell me it's raining.

« on: June 01, 2008, 23:53:19 pm »

After much thought, I've decided to sell off everything not related to the GTV or my '67 project Undecided Here are the first items up for grabs. Race-Trim sump, valve covers, and air cleaner base and top. The valve covers have holes drilled for breathers, and the air cleaner top has a couple small holes in it, too. The sump is VERY VERY nice, bead blasted with lightly polished fins, a few small nicks that would easily polish out with a little effort. It also comes with a plug. $150 for the sump, $150 for the valve covers, $100 for the air cleaner, or best offer. All prices include shipping anywhere in the world. I am also open to trades, always looking for more EMPI stuff or bits for my '67.

Watch this space for more cool stuff Smiley

I'm moving this weekend, so I need to generate a little cash Smiley Race-Trim valve covers are still up for grabs, make an offer!

Next up is a pair of Skat-Trak IDA intakes, they have been ported and one ear was broken off and rewelded. Put that one on the 1-2 side and no one will ever know Smiley $100 OBO shipped anywhere!

This one is hard for me to let go.... Scat USA plate frame. It is a one piece casting, NEVER been mounted to a frame- the holes haven't been drilled! This is the only one I've ever seen or even heard of- go ahead, ask around!.... $250 OBO and it is yours, shipping included of course.

Treuhaft covers are still avaliable... make an offer!

Now up for grabs is a VERY nice Hurst INDY shifter. The shaft has been rechromed, and it has a new boot with chrome trim ring. The knob is from a Hurst trigger shifter, with a custom Slinger built threaded adapter Smiley Included are 4 chrome trim screws, as well as reproduction Hurst dash plaque and rear Hurst Equipped badge. $150, free shipping anywhere as always Wink

The one in the box isn't what you are getting! Just a cool pic Wink

EMPI VDM "Coach" wheel... I bought this a few years ago from noted EMPI collector Eric Lussier. He restored the wheel in black, and I think it looks amazing. I never liked these wheels until I saw this one! It hasn't been used since it was restored, but it has been kicking around in my stash for a few years so it is no longer perfect. The 12 o'clock crack is starting to come back, and there are a few light scratches here and there. It is missing the wire covers on the back, and the horn ring has been repaired- but I think it would look cool without it anyway Wink $200 obo, shipped anywhere for free Wink

Original amber/red Type 3 European Hella flat tail light lenses. One looks like the bulb got a little hot, and the divider melted a bit. Doesn't seem to affect the operation though... $60 obo, shipped anywhere Wink

All I know is that it is going to a guy with a '54 Beetle in New York... so I bet the kitty won't be staying Sad I would have been the perfect tank for somebody with a real Manx on an early pan...

American Racing Le Mans/200s/Daisy/4 spoke/whatever you want to call it 15x6 wheel with "matching" pulley. Pulley has been cut for a sand seal, and has a crack on the snout, but it really shouldn't matter...

Wheel & pulley, $125, shipped anywhere... $75 if it stays in the continental 48...

Some misc bits and bobs, anyone interested?? EMPI style chrome steel intake for dual port, this is the same style that I have on my car with a Zenith carb. Also fits Bugspray, and Weber DCN, DCNF (I think?)- it has some brazing that was done on the back side, but it looks to be in good working order. Sandmaster power pulley, been cut for sand seal, degree ring isn't great, but it's legible. No name valve cover, drilled for breather, intended to be used on the 3-4 side. "JC PERF" valve cover, drilled for breather, intended to be used on the 1-2 side. HURST "T" handle. Linkage crossbar, has the bump to go over the generator/alternator. I always thought these looked cool Smiley
