Sorry to hear that, dude. Don't have that problem, thank God. The only television I like:

The Simpsons
Family Guy
American Dad

Also, old skateboard and surf movies, Beavis & Butthead, Ren & Stimpy, and my old movies. The rest of t.v. is a mindbleed. Got rid of cable in 2001. Go tke your VW out for a spin in the cool night air. Hopefully, that'll help.
