That looks like fun!

It's a holiday weekend here in the US so the weekend starts today for us.

Sue and I will be celebrating 5 years of marriage tomorrow.

We're going to 3 Baseball games this weekend... Sue is actually a bigger fan than I. Tonight there's fireworks for the Holiday. and tomorrow I got us tickets for what's called The Diamond Club... Best seats and food in the ballpark. We've never done it before as it's pretty expensive.

Then there's the Tour to watch as well.

I also asked Sue to give me a list of 3 or 4 things that she wanted me to do around the house this weekend... part of her anniversary gift. The list is 26 items long  Shocked Shocked

What happened to 3 or 4??  Huh Huh

I (and 22 fellow students) had a hitch-hiking contest this weekend from Utrecht to Leipzig (+- 630 km). At first I found it pretty #$%^ that I couldn't go to EBI 2, but I had a GREAT weekend there in the sunny East-Germany.  Cool

I took part in the organization of this years contest (so I went with our own car.. Grin), but next year I'm going to take part in the contest and hitch-hike myself...  Cool
(so I might be missing EBI 3 next year too...  Lips Sealed)

yes it's a yearly meet, called the hangar rockin' http://www.crazyeventik.ch/festival/hangar_rockin08.htm the race is pre-60 only, the meeting is pre-68  while pre-60 cars get free entrance. it's well worth the long trip as some friends of mine came down all the way from Hamburg, Germany which is more than 1000 kilometres away (one way!).
