Don't piss down my back and tell me it's raining.

Went to a VW show today, met up with a bunch of old friends, sold some stuff at the swap meet, bought a few goodies for the GTV including these cool popout windows, saw some great cars, and went home with more money in my pocket then I started with Smiley And I didnt even have to bust out my A-K Wink

So how was your weekend?

So how was your weekend?

Rather good also.
I've clean the gearbox of my '60 bug, meet another enthusiast who drive a 65 sedan which is in the family since the begining.
I've also work on the street buggy of a friend, talking about his strip project, having Gordon and  Guiness...

Mine wasn't bad.  Got the Kads sorted out on my 1835, now the car runs 100% better.  Still some stuff to work out, but it is much improved.

I had a productive weekend... got all the aircooled in to storage, I'm ready for the snow now.
I also got a lot of small fiddly bits and pieces welded on my project.. Some grinding left inside now... and it's of to prep for paint.
