Best product for cleaning chrome parts ?

I 'm looking for products for cleaning and polishing some dull chrome parts on my car.
So if you have some brand references of efficient products, please let me know.

a bit abrasive? but makes chrome/ polished metal come up really really well!

For the overspray on the wheels I would use a SMALL amount of paint thinners on a rag - maybe try the back of the wheel first to see if there is any reaction 

I would use TCut on the light housing - its a kind of "Cutting compound" so just rub it in like polish, You will feel it removing the "Rough spots" just don't go too mad  Then remove it the same as polish with a clean cloth - Then when its CLEAN just re-polish the area and you will see the difference
