I never knew you could get Chimay in the US, its hard enough to get it here in the UK

Also I presume Chimay is still independant? And not part of IntBev?

Lets hope you guys dont get Stella forced onto you as thats tripe too!

Rob, you can get Chimay Red in Morrissons... Ands Stella is fine when you're drinking it, but really painful about 8 hours after you stop!

Can't get it in our local Morrisons but then i am in backwards country!

You can get Chimay Blue in Asda, not keen on the blue.
I can get red occasionally at Tesco's down here but they don't stock much of it. So I normally buy it all up the whole 10 bottles they have! And they're stubbies too not those nice big bottles you get in Chimay itself !

Oh after DAS Drag Day 5, I have gotten into Bitburger too thats not bad!

Stella is good beer ? is what you guys are saying Huh??

If so your wrong its crap.

Bud, Miller, Coors are proper lagers brewed with proper water.

The only good beers in europe are German, Scottish and probaly with the best lager in the world the Danish. Oh and maybe Trinidad "RED Stripe"
When you talk a Chimay beer, you mean ale not lager but most eurpoeans call it beer but i think its actually ale.

Now we have the english lager carling..... yuk. However they have some very good ales.

American lagers are great you can have ten and still drive you can still get it going and best still no hangovers.

Im pretty convinced that this was a buisness plan to market Stella and Becks in america better, the opnly down side with this is they will then have a lot more drunks and end up like the the europeans, in amercia they drink to be soicalable or to refresh, in europe we drink to get drunk !  Grin

Noooo, not Red Tripe! I remember getting really wrecked on that in a nightclub when I was about 17! I can't even smell it now without feeling like vomiting!  Lips Sealed I'll agree with the Miller though - one of our local pubs has it on tap and it doesn't taste bad at all! With Stella on draft you can taste the chemicals but the first two or three slip down so easily! Cheesy
