Hi,
I saw CB light lifters exist in 2 head diameters (28 and 30mm).
28 is the the stock diameter, I suppose 30 is for big camshafts.
For which type of camshaft are these lifters usefull ?
Why not using 30 lifters every time ? (the price is the same)

28 is all you need. The 30 is heavier also.
