Excellent feature, information on the history, the original owner, the original driver, the orignal engine, great old and new pictures, lots of new current information and all true and a front cover shot. How refreshing, thanks

See you all in the 10's next SSC here it comes (i hope and prey)

Speaking of the "Dog".... At Lance Gregory's party the other night, Ron won a prize in the raffle.... Can you guess what it was? Try a "Dog House" fan housing.... It only figures he would!

I hear there is a UD#2 in the works....

That has to be one of the best covers ever IMHO Grin  Did the photo of me in the DOG, doing the wheelie make it in? I sure hope so. That was a great weekend for sure. I can't wait for my copy!

Yeah... so I'm a bit biased. But orange Bugs are beautiful! Especially when they're on the cover of a VW magazine.

Congrats! Great picture.

YEAH!!! Another D.K.K. car in the mag. Congrats! First time that I saw that engine in person, I couldn't stop staring at it. Love the Darth Vader all black treatment. The vents behind the license plate (thanks to Gabbard) ROCK, too. Stupid question, but Bryan's car is in the new Ultra? I gotta find that issue at a bookstore. Or is that even possible in the States?

Prowagen, you're awesome. I'm gonna fire up my '67 and drive out there, today. I've never been there, anyway, and I've been looking for an excuse to drive my car somewhere. Thanks for the tip.

Not sure if they will have it there yet? As it only came out to us UK lot a couple of days ago, maybe best to give them a call wouldn't want you to waste your time, but hey I am sure for any VW nut a trip to Vee Dub Parts won't be a waste even if you didn't need anything!
