i cant stop thinking about gettin an old one and making it "modern" ...  a classic daily beater .

eg , old rover v8 with tvr/range rover runnin-gear . mark2 jag with xkr stuff ..............

got half way through doing a rover p5b . but got an offer from a guy in ireland Wink

cant help looking at daimler250v8's and the price of v8 bmw/jags ..... gotta be worth doing ??

the bottom car looks like the 75 bonneville my friend drove. I thought the top car was a mercurry Comet GT sorry.

cool bonneville and the black Tundra p/u looks smooth too

Jim - didn't you always have a soft spot for the old Alfas? .. I also seem to remember there was a chick who used to live nearby and drive by your house in a BMW 2002 ... not sure if you were more interested in her or the car.....

66 El Camino. I drug it out of my father-in-laws barn where it's been sitting for 19 years. Motor / trans / rear end done. 8" and 6" Rally wheels / trim rings / caps done. Still needs interior / minor body and paint but it still looks OK.

$4k comes with Porsche drivetrain.
I'd rather install a turbo subie and an ice cold AC system than the expensive 911 stuff.
