Is anyone here going to the Belgian Bug Show this month?

I hadn't realized it was moved from Spa to a new Location. Does anyone have any idea what the turnout might be over the weekend? Huh

The organizers were really kind at let me have a swapmmet plot at very short notice. Smiley

It's my intention to sell at the swapmeet and it's a 3000km round trip to do so?  Undecided

 Any Info Chaps  Grin

i like areas like this more than racetracks like SPA . It is more compact and you do not have to walk far . And you don't have to drive uphill  Cheesy

Here some information :    http://www.vwbugshow.be/

Drag racing on an airstrip (400m)

VW BUG SHOW 2008
22-23-24/08
There is a major change..
Due to the management of SPA we must relocate,

We have this huge luck that we are allowed to organise the VW BUG SHOW
on an ancient military airfield at BRUSTEM near St TRUIDEN

This means
Drag racing on an airstrip (400m)

Camping on a flat surface
All activities that we are used to these last years

We thank you all for coming to our show
Details are on the Website as soon as we have them all
We hope to see you here

Le Belgian Buggy & VW Club

Maurice

The last events was King Of Europe.
If you go on there website and check the time, they do in rear wheel drive a 8.8sec  Shocked
http://www.kingofeurope.net/2008/images/others/streetRWD.gif

So, it seems to be a good track.

Russel, do you plan to bring a gasser to the Bug Show?
