Talking about breather boxes, thats the only problem I have with my new Engine and Car, at the end off the track the Oil is coming trough the filter.
Maybe the breather box is to small or the diameter of the return to the engine is to small?
Anybody?

Sven, are you running -6 or -8 lines to the box ? What about hose ends, they look hydraulic-pressed ones on the pic. (i.e limited flow).
Regards,
Harry

mike lawless and muffler mike have both written about this ..
iirc , the crank spinning stops the oil draing back as fast as it goes up .
fit drains on your heads/covers back to the sump .

Box looks small , also the hoses . But may be you have a problem with your piston rings .

Posted before, but here we go again:
Box custom made by Mooneyes and later modified by Greg brinton due to lack of space behind the shroud...

If the oil is coming thru the filters you have either:
-Not separated the oil from the mist coming from the filters or
-The oil level gets too high in the filter.
I have some cheapo stainless scrubbing dishing balls that I have filled the breather box with, and it seems to work.
If the level gets too high you either have to have a return line to the case or a bigger breather box.
The reason can also be bad rings, but that is easy to spot with a leak down test.
