It is more difficult you could think, find a pair od F...'n IDA's here in italy is quite impossible, It seems al the production was getted off from cargoes aircarft over nord europe and USA like WW2 bombing missions.
All my friends gets a pair of 48 at bug in in Chimay or won auctins on ebay like me and had them from California.
Anyway is means that all good Italian people from past times worked in Bologna weber factory.... they weren't so good as race car performers and left the production leave Italy for more reaceble countries.

by now i need any indications about initial jetting and setting fo start my 2200cc type1 engine, I know i will try different jetting calibration but i need to buy them new and want some incations in starting with. I am in contact with a Redline seller and have to write him all i need for starting my carbs on a Vw type 1 engine. what could i need?

thanks. For suggestions.
Ciao from Rome.
