It revolved around The Phil Silvers Show (on TV in the '60's) and a character named Sergeant Bilko (a fast talking wheeler-dealer con artist type of guy...go figure! ). Not to get too far off topic (but since Sarge's car is on the cover), I always thought that the Phil Silvers show was made in the early '60s. Turns out... it ran on CBS from '55-'59. So when I was watching it, they had already gone to syndication and reruns. Once again, Google is your friend.
