Hi all,

I just recently got a genuine early VDO tacho. It's really nice, and in good condition for the age, but I want to change the chrome ring on it as it's started to peel and is a bit dented.

I'm sure I've heard that somebody sells new replacement items (possibly on ebay) but I can't seem to find them. Does anybody know where I could get this new chrome trim (90mm) from? Or alternatively does anybody know anywhere that rebuilds gauges in the UK?

Cheers,

Dude Cool

If you post a pic of the tach, I'll check my stuff.

I've got 2 or 3 chrome rims, but each is lightly different.

I at Spa next weekend and then at VW Action & Vanfest.  Smiley
