Hi guys,

After having my engine in the car for a few years I decided to try and make it a lil bit better.
When it was just finished I did a 13.5 on my first race meeting, year after 13.6, then 13.9 last year.
This year i changed the gearbox ( stock 1200 to stock 1600) because it broke on the 13.9 run. I also lowered it a bit in the rear to make it more stable.
I did several low 14s this year with a best off 14.04 at 97 mph.
All times where on street tires with a double quiet pack (13.6 run with A1 turbo muffler) and without belt.

To make it faster again I now cleaned the carbs, checked my jetting and gonna change or clean the plugs.
Jetting

155 main gas
180 air corr
F7 emulsion tubes
38 venturis
F10/70 idle

engine is a 2054 with FK10, wedge port heads and 9.5 compression

Any suggestions on the jetting or other tips to make it faster would be appreciated.
Thx
Jelle

Try a 55 idle jet and adjust the mixture screws again.
