Hello guys,

Can someone of you experienced engine builders tell me roughly, which deck height do I achieve by putting together 2276 with stock rods??.New decked case, stock lenght Mahle barrels,82mm crank and stock 5.394 rods.

I don't know the deck height yet, because I haven't mocked up the motor, but is it possible to know approximately to which value it might come? From your experience of engine builds.

Thanks

Impossible to guess. You will have to mock the engine up. Shoot for .040" to .060", the lower the better.

No way, you have to mock up.
