60 anniversary of MAHAG in munich

this was a great meeting. 60 years MAHAG / a big name in german volkswagen racing parts & cars. We drove from my hometown in switzerland to munich germany in 4 hours. First we did in munich was........eating a sandwich from SUBway, mhhhhh ( we dont have any in switzerland )
At 9am the doors opened up.....the place was allready packed.....with only pre 57 cars ( except a 914 from the 70s )
I could tell U a whole book of storys about the show, but i dont............just enjoy the pics
By the way.......on our way back home we stoped in central munich again.....guess why? F O O D ! There was also a KFC.....and we dont have one in switzerland neither.

 8)that guy with the ,, grizzly adams,, in the face quit normal life 35 years ago. Since then he is driving around the world  in his split. All he owns is packed in, on & at the split, which has over 680000km on the tach. He told me its the first original  1100cc engine. Unbelivable......but look at him........i belive every word he was telling me

something rare. Only 1 off was build for a customer in the late 50s by a body shop in munich. Handformed alubody over a stock beetleframe. Like it or not.....dare to be different
