I don't know if it's mentioned before, if so: sorry.

But I guess we can pay everywhere in norway with euros?

Sorry, but NO. The currency is the Norwegian "Crown". Though we will take Euros, Swedish, Danish at the gate and at the SCC shop.
The exchange rate for the Euro is now 1€ = 8,8Nkr.

ok, funny story: when I called the hotel to make the reservation I asked when everything was booked wat the cost was to doublecheck everything.  The lady told me 2200...  ofcourse it was in crown and not in euros..  First I thought we were talking in euros, I almost had a heart attack.  everybody tells me that the scandiavian countries are expensive but I didn't expected that it was that expensive...  Grin

99 octane "V-power Racing" fuel is available at Shell stations. E85 only available at some stations in the central Oslo area if I am not mistaken.

Money, and time.  I know i have 7 weeks holiday, but i also need to sort out our lounge, I also can't justify £400 for 3 days at the mo.  Plus the wife would kill me as I went to bug-in without her.

Don't rub it in, last years SCC was one of the best shows I have been too.  The hospitality was awesome.  Will deffo make it in 2010.  I will bring some Cornish Rattler with me, it might just about complete with that strange doctor pepper concoction you made me drink Smiley

A bike ran in the 5´s for the first time outside the US @ Gardemoen Raceway today. This is the first time ever outside the US. And something like the 4th time EVER.
So: Have no fear, the track is in VERY good shape before SCC in two weeks!!!!!   Shocked Grin Grin

How many gearboxes/axles broke last year ? 15 ?

when you walk on the track and loose your shoes, then you know the track is sticky....

Here is a road map of the Gardermoen area with directions to SCC.

To get to this area, all you have to do is drive to Oslo, then follow E6 north against Gardermoen.

Also added the coordinates for the SCC entrance Smiley

Have a safe trip!
