Flame & Thunder is Saturday only technically but Sunday is a RWYB so there will be cars running then too though of the two days the Saturday is the one to be there. Santa Pod have event info on their site and there's some stuff on the Outlaw site from 2007 here and here. Times wise if you're going for the day probably aim to be there for 10 and though the racing stops early evening there's stuff going on into the evening.
