Anyone got pictures of this car, it was raced in the 80's ?

And its lying complete in a garage less the engine !!!!

in vw trends (the last years there are pictures) i try to make scans or pictures if i get home. i even think of the engine, but i am not sure.

nice shiny black car witrh yellow letters on it and spindels up front if i am correct...

well make that bottom left since i forgot to rotate the picture... Grin

and the front wheels seem to be 4 lug centerlines insted of spindlemounts. so i guess it runs disks upfront. really a nice car.

it is featured in one of my favorite issues of vwTrends. it has the lee gong car in it and the joe maestras car. and of course the amazing ghia of robert Kong and lets us not forget kennedy's 67. if i am correct it seems that almost half of these cars are in England now...

so what are you guys waiting to buy all the others???  Grin

anyway bring some towels to EBI to wipe off the drool that i will leave when i am done watching these outsanding rides of yours.  Tongue
