"The engine is 1835cc with a serpentine setup, Weber IDF carb and intake, chrome engine tin and covers, Oil cooler and filters. We are certain there is more too this engine, but we aren't going too tear it apart too find out when it's already Fast."

"It could be driven on the street by a more experienced driver with no issues."

Guess that's me out of the equation then...

Yeah, count me out as well. I have tons of issues. VW & Porsche, Hot VWs, Ultra VW, VolksWorld, VW Trends, and other assorted publications. It's crazy. Chrome equates to more horsepower.

To quote an admirer of "Hoodride" over on the Samba, "I think that the style is sick..."

Only difference is, in my opinion/rendition of that comment, you literally get sick if you touch one of those heaps.  Tetanus shot, anyone?

Check out the cool details, like...

the 3mm "breather" hose to breather box, or is that a coil wire?
the fuel cell held in with 1x1 redwood stakes
nicely finished interior
lack of door handles

Okay, so I finally just now clicked on the ad. WOW. "Manual Transmission." Whew... that's a relief. You know how those fully automatic Beetles are.

That site should seriously consider not only SpellCheck, but also GrammarCheck. Then, maybe some of the ads could actually be taken in a more serious matter.
