FYI
Just wanted to give everyone a heads up California Speedway finally approved our date for BUG-IN 34, so it looks like Sunday May 3rd 2009 we'll be back out at Fontana. We wanted to move from April to May to give a little more room between shows, so hopefully we can keep this date for years to come. If everything works out right we should be roughly 3 weeks after Phoenix and 3 weeks before Sacramento...
Also we have a "Tentative" date of March 15th 2009 for Drag Day. I'll let you know when that one becomes official.

That looks like a good spread! Hopefully the weather will be a little warmer for #34. Now if we could just get Kelly Park and the Phoenix BOR on different weekends...

Udo & Karin,
It would be great to see you both again. We will have to find Karin a car to race in the PowderPuff class.
If anyone would like to share a car, and have Karin from Germany race it (which by the way - this girl can drive), then let me know, so we can set it up! I know it is a ways away - but it will come really fast!
And Adele & Steve (yes, your room will be ready for you), and Adele, I am sure Steve will have your car ready for you also!
If KeKe races from France (Fabian's girlfriend)(he did buy her a car), then we will have a real International PowderPuff Team. 2 from the UK, 1 from Germany, and 1 from France! ANd then the rest of the lovely ladies from the US!
That would be awesome!

Guys what goes on in the local area around the Bug in? Are there any open houses, BBQ's and other ust see VW stuff? We have been told that the DKP cruise is the thrusday before hand? 4 of us are flying over from the UK can't wait! First time properly in the USA |

Changed my mind (well my 'dad' changed it for me – got an appointment with a race car) so I'm flying in Monday to Monday for Bug-In. And it's my birthday this year! OK, so it's not until July, but I'm still having a birthday. Had one last year, too.
