For the average Joe, these are good guidelines. And thatīs it. I use more than stock cams with stock carburettor about once every 2 months, and do not have problems with it. But I should perhaps tell that it has taken me about 6 years to collect enough data and experience to be able to make the right choices. (Plus some patient customers, who were willing to let me try different set ups with their engines.)
