Looking through some stuff today, I happened on a CD I got from Keith a few years back.  Some pretty cool old ads where scanned on there, so I went through and re-sized a few of them.  Somebody speak up if we've done this before...

Thanks for sharing. I like the "Baja" Mag. It almost looks like the four lug Libre wheel American made, but that one is in Magnesium.

I think I will send Ron a request for the free price list,...maybe it will reflect the old prices too.

Good stuff, Sarge. I always like how Gene Berg was on Lime and Lemon streets.

That side profile engine on the FAT add would look cool on the back of a t-shirt.

Greg Aronson's brother Jeff did some nice artwork back in the day.  He's an Audi guy these days and stops by the dealership once in awhile.

Driving Hot VWs for 44 Years Strong!

Wow Sarge...these pix bring back some memories. That old PAUTER ad reminds me of my buddy Sandy Bradens motor. He bought one of their counter-weighted and ofset ground  73mm stroke cranks with 2" chevy journals. The motor ran 5.7 Chevy rods with 90mm pistons from ISS.  No one back then told us a 5.7 rod would not work on the 73 stroke.  It was one of the fastest reving motors I have seen to date...with the crazy NORRIS cam Sandy put in it. It ran 40 P11 solexs on it.

Your ad pictures was like a walk down memory lane from 70 and later for me.

Only $39.95 for an imitation wood steering wheel.... such a deal!  Before there were Kennedy clutches and Sway-A-Way axles, there was Crown Mfg.  I ran a Crown 1700 pressure plate in my old '63... a real clutch tube ripper!
