As the title says guys I am looking for as much info as possible on repairing Rear luggage area and the front Bulkhead areas - Maybe some links to some blogs - pic's of your resto etc , I just want to see what other have been through  Wink Smiley

oh yeah also any info on the rear window area would be cool to  Smiley

drill out the spot welds on the rear luggage area, replace it with a new one from SSP(£150).

The rear window - I presume you mean the bottom corners?

If you look in the back of Hot VWs, I'm sure there's still somebody who offers a split-window conversion in 'glass. Will save a lot of time and effort. Kiss

As for the parcel shelf, included with this months Volks World was a Heritage
brochure with repair panels for the edges if that helps?

Cris at small car connection in hesperia ca, is one of the bigger importers for vw parts from mexico. He sales a rear luggage tray panel for about 150.00 These panel are from late model air cooled vws, so basiclly they are 68 bug panels. I dont know if they make a bulk head panel but worth a call. Let me know if you cant locate there number and when I get back from nevada next week I will email you his number.
