i normally don't really like black cars, but this one really looks good. it seems to have all the good stuff on it (or not, like trim).
and i suppose the engine and trans will be up to par as well. so please post some pics, specs as it deserves a topic off it's own. thanks for the picture Fred

I agree... great car, indeed.

I'm sure that Sarge can share the specifications or know someone that does.

nah, i like the stickers  Wink

and the colour off the interiour combined with the black is nice. also the dechroming, european lights, US spec 67,... i like that combo. now that i see how the stitching off the seats has been done in a VW logo, it is not completely my cup off tea.

but now you mention it, it is striking the car has been seen before, but never mentioned before. is a car nicer if it is owned by a 'famous person'Huh would be a nice topic. controversial maybe...  Grin

one other thing that could be changed, the rear tires could have been one size bigger.

That was the one thing I noticed when I saw it. The tires are too short, and too wide for the rims. Otherwise, it looked to be screwed together quite nicely.

When Roger pulled up that night, at Doug's, that was the first thing I noticed... the rear tires looked great and fit the car perfectly. Look at the difference from the earlier pictures that I took at Nick's.

Hi Roger,

very nice and clean ride.As the stones shout it out in 66: Paint it black  Grin
The beige interieur is a good contrast to the black.
Only one question: Why are kicking out Berg-5? Isn`t the Berg handling the power or what are the reasons to go the Bus way?

Best greetings,
Felix
