If ever there was a car that was in need of a complete new lease of life (re-built, de-chromed, and a thumping great motor ) this is it  Shocked

To save it from what it's become is to make it a '60s Beetle on a '60s chassis and then a '70s Beetle on a '70s chassis. It's scrap - or a race car.  Sad

Absolutely, this car has been discussed on all the forums and I'm afraid about the only split left is the window. Plus the seller is a liar and is trying very hard to hoodwink someone. Oh, and he thinks all us beetle people are 'geeks'  Wink
