yep, but if the laqure has gone on them, i might get the centres blasted, as they have been sitting outside for over a year!
not sure on the wheel, its similar to a speedwell, but the end of the spokes don't flare out, so it could be a superior 500
also got an empi radio to match the gauges
fontana grey! quite a lot different from when you saw it last year!

If the spokes are aluminum then it looks like you have yourself an early Speedwell wheel. Superior 500 spokes will be steel. Do the magnet test.

thanks
i think it could be an early speedwell wheel, now that you mention it
as i've seen a few people refer to it as one.
but could be wrong..?

i have prepped it over the last few days, so it can be painted again...
so now back to square 1 and stripped out!!!!!
was so close to being on the road, but knew i couldn't leave it like it... as ALL of the panels were a different shade.
now got a set of black 356 steels going on.

fitted the running board today, had to change the beige mat back to black (luckily i kept the old black mats!) what a tricky job! luckily no creases aswell, and i have crimped the lip back straight too!
kept the trim off aswell, and dare i say it, i quite like it!
as it suits the wheels
