Trippy car. Interesting that the fan shroud looks so late. Obviously, the engine was updated to a 1600cc. Wonder what it came with, originally.
As usual, reading ads from that place gives me a headache. GrammarCheck and SpellCheck should be mandatory plug-ins on users' browsers, there.
So... somebody gonna Cal Look that thing, or what?

I can't believe someone hacked the interior with the modern seats and billet!
How about fuchs and IDA's on this Goggamobile I saw at Cars and Coffee on Saturday...

Actually, it is a fiat limo
better known as the fiat multipla (older bother of the current frog-eyed multipla) It had the size of the 600 (same platform) and could seat six persons (albeit Italians, rather small people at that
). The engine was the same as the 600, very small, so indeed this one has been updated to a volkswagen propulsion. The front is the blunt end of the car, and the driver served as impact zone for the passengers.
Very nice car (don't like the interior of this one though) that I would indeed love to make a gasser from. But the only thing holding me back is the price, I've seen some go for crazy money, ready to restore.

There was even an Abarth version – generally regarded among the cognoscenti as the quickest way to kill seven people!

Wasn't that version called the Blood-Abarth?

Well, I guess you would be the only one
As Steve Urkel drives a Beemer. Well, a BMW Isetta to be more precise.
But imagine that with fuchs and a big VW engine
(although right here it has a V8 and fugly wheels)

I really like the look of the 600 multipla, and the photo shop with the fusch looks really cool. How about a mighty vespa 400 with ercos and fat rubber, like that old renault that is in the uk?

Mark, you and Rayburn were in such deep conversation in the corner at Nick's Sunday that I didn't want to interrupt just to say hi... Hi!

Dang it, Dustin... PLEASE don't be shy about that in the future. I purposely took a seat in Nick's so I had a nice unobstructed view of your car. I was hoping that we'd cross paths, that night. I never saw ya. Oh well. Perhaps next time. I'll always have a soft spot for beige Volkswagens from the late '60s... it's the only color that my Mom & Dad bought, when those cars were new.
Good call on the mid engine, Deano. I agree.

Oh, I'm familiar with Isettas, I was just implying it was Urkel's style...
