What tyres are you running Ron? Maybe a better tyre would bring them down too? I noticed recently my tyres are HARD so am going to change them before I go out again.

It was more the tyre hight than the type

I was running 195 x 65 x 15 ( about 24 high) and on the first 2 runs I was changing into 4 and was running 14.8 and a 14.4. When I held it in third it was a running 14.2 but topping out at 6250 rpm about 80- 100 ft from the end

I think with some 205 x 70 x 15 (about 26" high) it would be worth a few more mph and a better ET by keeping it in thrid but running the higher tyre. Any thoughts ?

Cheers for that, just trying to decide whether to go watch at avon park or the pod, can't do both as the babysitters(parents) will get a bit annoyed!!!!

It's now in final production and is due out pretty soon, possibly early November. As soon as it's out there will be an update here. Smiley
