Well, I was in doubt between some of the featured cars.

The Underdog is one of the coolest cars to come out the last year, but be honest, it is nothing but an orange car  Grin The Flakey Jake is very nice too, but maybe a bit over the top and missing the class of the underdog. Peaches & Scream, cool heritage, but not a new car in any way. The Gianni built rod is cool, be honest about it, we all like it, but this is the Lounge and you need to know where to set priorities. Then I'd rather vote for the Kid Volksrod, dressed witht he same sauce, but so much cooler because of its size. The porsches, well they are jsut Porsches as the busses are busses, they get you and your kit from A to B. The rest of the lot has it's pro's and cons as well, none of them is ugly (except maybe the Yellow Fever one  Roll Eyes)

Brian Plummers car is awesome, the car oozes cal look. It has got it all in favour, the color, the stance, the wheels, the engine and the detail it is all built with. I would loose the bumpers, but hey that's easily changable in 5 minutes so doesn't count.

And still, if I had to choose I'd probably drive the underdog.  Cool So if you win by 1 vote, that will have been mine and you owe me a ride

Hi,

All great cars on their own merits! But for me it's down to nr4 or nr18... stunning cars!! Shocked

nr12 gets A+ for effort, attitude and craftmanship... and the build-up story is great reading (on thesamba).  Cool

Congrats to all featured cars, that is an accomplishment all in all.

cheers,

Well in my opinion (only mine) it would be easy to vote for a "theme" built car with U.S. notoriety (#19).....But how can you go wrong with a car built with great craftsmanship, thought and a newer Cal-Look stace that was built in the heart of it all....O.C. California. Chalk one up for #18. Grin

Voted for Brian's car. Wish I could've voted for two... Lanny's would've been in there, too.

I'm backing my boy Raul Fernandez [#10] and his Mango '57. He's a fellow club member and this car is sweet!

It's got alot of one-off hand crafted details.

Yea, he used the seats out of a 356, recovered them as well as the rear seat and door panels in oxblood leather. It turned out fantastic. Like I said, alot of little details that really make the car. It feels like the folks that originally designed the interior for a 356 did it for this '57. At first glance you see a very nice car, but when you look closer you see the quality in the details.

So if you are on the fence, vote Raul Fernandez, the #10 car
