Hi guys,
i was just wondering; because i dont like the too shiny look from the new repro brm's; has anyone tried to make them less shiny and made them look like the original ones?

cheers, Peter

Or just use them alot, like one of my friends did...
Het bought the bare ones and painted them himself, less costs and better results Cool

but what do I have to do to make repro berms look like the real ones? I thought of polishing the spokes and the outer lip, but what kind of black paint was used for the black parts? was it mat or semi-gloss? any ideas? what kind of lug nuts?

yes off course paul rui's are real ones...
but you can give any wheel his treatment ! polluted water ... salt ... brakefluid ... and then bury them in your garden for a year of two. (just be carefull that the police don't fine you in the harbour of oslo, getting that polluted water woehahaha !!!)

A guy a couple of years ago told me that black shoe polish works to make the repops look more authentic.
