Don't know who the seller is but he didn't show the most important part... The backs!! Those of us that have the Flat 4's know the subtle differences and from those crummy pictures, I think the 4.5's are Flat 4's

Just my 2 cents worth...

You can spot them from the front too... The holes in the F4 versions are much 'squarer' (and the face of the wheel is thicker too).

The 4.5's in that picture are real. Those are F4 (look at the holes):
