Thanks for the info. About the toe in, when you move the gearbox up the distance from the torsion housing center to the center of the diff increases, that's why you need longer spring plates.

Ok then!! That's what I was really getting at, as I plan on a 2" (or so) trans raise in my own '67. Now I'm prepared Smiley

Raised the fender wells up.. And making room for the oil cooler

1500CFM of air flow Push or pull

Possible setup

Marc,
i changed the column, So I could run the 3 spoke and early turn switch... And moved the ignition switch to the dash..
IMO it looks cooler, Then the bulky Type3

WoW!  Shocked  Good to se there still is a few handymen in this world..

Do you know if somone has road tested a set of those narrowed trailing arm's? Are they just Mig welded... or are there more fancy work put into them.. like hardening?

Thanks for sharing you build.   Looking forward to updates.  Grin

Right on, Pip. Like I posted earlier... can't wait to see this car all done. You've got some killer modifications on it. Keep up the good work.

Pip, I'm guessing that you're using the cardboard mock-ups to fabricate some mini shrouds for those fans, yes? This project just gets better & better. Keep it goin'.
