Wolfsburg Registry received an invitation from another local VW club D3 to accompany them on a drive to Tortilla Flats next to Canyon Lake and in the foothills of the Superstition Mountains. Here's a few photos.

Has been warming up here lately, real warm this weekend. But I've been waiting for a good rain to wash the salt and sludge away before I get mine out.

Don't want to make you feel bad, but today was the worst day we've had in over a week. The temp only got to 72F today and it's been up in the 80s for the past week. Remember it is really hot in the summer time.
