HAHAHA!!! "Dealership cars." That rules! I'm always up for C&C... I just end up at the skateparks or doing something else. I need some motivation to get my cars out there, again. Dunno 'bout this Saturday, though. I might be cleaning my '67 for Sunday.

I am flying in on Fri night for a Sat mid-day Mexican Cruise departure.  Trying to get Steve Beecher to pick me up and go to Cars and Coffee.

May be there... Smiley

COOL! Enjoy your cruise... they're fun and cheap. C&C is usually over by 0900hrs. So, get there early.

Yeah, I was there last year during the Classic weekend.  Saw cars there that I have never seen in real life.  Never seen so many Alfas in one place outside of Italy.  (or the scrapyard)  sorry jim.....j/k  Wink

Anyone up for Cars and Coffee this Saturday (14 th)? Maybe if enough of us go we can out number the dealership cars! Grin

Hey Guys!!!  I'm there EVERY weekend.  Always arrive before 6am and park in the same place to watch the event unfold.  If I get the '57 Black 300C Chrysler out of the trans shop before Saturday I'll be driving it.  If not, I'll still be in the same slot with something else.  I usuall have on a tan jacket with a BMW logo on it and get out my "rocker" to sit in.  Old guys always use "rockers". Cheesy Cheesy

Please, if your there come by and I've not met you just walk up and introduce yourself as I'd really enjoy meeting you.  I'm also planning on being at Irwindale on Sunday.  Probably will bring our M5 BMW as the VW is currently not ready to make the trip.  I'll wear my Burgundy DKP ball cap and if you see me please come up and say hello.  I've attached a photo so you can see what I look like today.  Scary isn't it.... Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked

PS - John's the one on the left in the photo, OK? He doesn't bite and responds well to requests that begin with the words "So tell me about the time when...". Just don't ask too many questions about Chryslers unless you have an hour or two to spare. And it's probably good etiquette not to bring up the subject of PT Cruisers… Cheesy

John, you've got great taste in eateries... North Woods Inn was a great place to hangout and eat/drink. I used to go to the one in Belmont Shore (Long Beach area) till is closed down.

Cool to hear that people from The Lounge go to C&C. I went there, a lot, last year in either my BMW E21 or my VW Beetle. I gotta get back in that groove. Those were some fun mornings and would often see old and new friends, there.

Anyone up for some cars and Merlot?

I see the plan here... You invite everyone round for cars and merlot, get them all tasting the wine, then (in the spirit of social responsibility, obviously!) call taxi's to take the inebriated guests home at the end of the event! Meanwhile, you squirrel away the choicest cars now that Dustin has found out that you'd got his car for a while! Cheesy

Anyway - Cars and merlot cheap nasty cider at mine? Wink
