Sorry to hear that, dude  . I left a bus load of skin on the pavement during my cycling days. My favorite was at Bonelli Regional Park.... pace line with five guys on road bikes going around the lake at 25 mph. Took my pull and moved to the back when the right side of the handle bar suddenly broke at the stem  . Freakin' UGLY!! Hope you get better quick.... don't forget to take your "meds"  |

It came off a whole lot better than I did  The Scabs on my arm are starting to get really itchy  The wrist isn't too bad though as it only a small bone in the wrist joint its self that is cracked, And Don't worry sarge I am keeping up the "Meds" |
