A LITTLE odd? Wrong dash and a few other bits... but, yeah. I see what you mean. Still, someone should make the purchase and save the poor thing.

It's a Zwitter. so correct dash. Wink

OK, let's correct that... could be a Zwitter or could be a complete abortion!

Shape of the rear windows looks strange indeed. And are they plexiglass?

nothing in the dash does, looks like it has been welded shut and the ashtray and speaker grill look like added back again, also the doors, tail-lights etc are too new

We have a winner!

49 Rag & JS are on it.

Somebody split the oval on this one.

A few other things I noticed: Non grooved doors with windwings, home made RHD dash.

I hate to pick it apart, but $15,000???

Maybe it's $1,500... if so, I'll buy it and Baja it Grin

Yeah... something still doesn't look correct about the dash.

back in the 80's there was a guy that lived in bellflower on rosecrans just west of bellflower blvd that took ovals and added the split to them. i wonder if it could be one of his babies. i forget his name, but i used to drive by his house everyday on the way home from my job at the arco station on bellflower and rosecrans

bloomfield and excelsior until 5th grade, then we moved to la habra heights just up the street from were steve wilkerson used to live. my buddies uncle owned that arco station and gave me a job. thats were i actually learned to properly work on a car, instead of just getting pissed off and kicking in a fender.

Wow, back when they actually had mechanics at service stations...

Anyway, we were almost neighbors!

I grew up in Lakewood (Paramount & Del Amo), moved to Long Beach (Clark & Del Amo), my shop was in Bellflower (Clark & Aretsia), and I spent plenty of time in Norwalk at Traffic Court  Shocked Roll Eyes Grin

Amen to that, brother. As did I. Also, Los Cerritos (Bellflower & Lakewood's courthouse).
