I almost got sucked in today by a scam message . got a message apparently from Fedex saying that i needed to call the number provided and give them some imfo so that they could send me my package .
Now Im personally waiting for my gear box from the States so I call the number , I get though to a guy with a very thick african accent , who wants my name and personal imfo so he can release my package .
After the initial few seconds I smell a rat as he knows nothing about gearboxes all he wants is my account details and my stats so i can receive my mystery package from west africa  Shocked
So beware , going to give my phone provider the number etc and tell them what happened , think Ill try and contact Fedex and let them know that their company name is being used in conjunction with this scam .
What's the bet that the number i called was a premium rate line too  Roll Eyes

Yep! Just got a call like that from UPS, saying that I ordered something from The Princess. HAHAHAHAHA!!! I knew it was bogus and it also said that it needed info 'cause it was a C.O.D. Puleeeeeeze, are you kidding me? People will stop at nothing to SPAM/scam innocent individuals. I'd love to meet one of these moronic geniuses in person. See what kind feckless non-thinker it takes to hide from afar and take peoples' money. What a joke.
