There are several on the samba for $700-1200 but you get the wheel for free Grin

Prepare for sticker shock. I can't believe someone hasn't been able to make a reproduction yet.

Jim, send a pm to Nico-67 on the Lounge, he gets a repop one and will tell you where to get it.

Or try to contact Gunter at CSP. Don't buy the Flat4 one because it's written Flat4 instead of Empi.

There is a guy in Australia that has a Flat 4 one that say Empi but I've read they will not fit real Empi GT wheels.

Hey Jim long time no hear no see  Grin
I was in CA the other day and had a good time with DKP
too bad you could not come
anyway back to topic
there are repops (blue red and orange) made with EMPI GTV but they have been made to suit the Flat4 GT steering wheel
so it may not work on your original EMPI one
stay well

Hi Gunter, how are you? Will you be here for Classic Weekend? See you then hopefully. We've had a big mess (broken pipe) in our home, so no time for VW stuff lately.

I think I'll just keep my slightly cracked horn button. These steering wheels are going for that much $ now? Wow. Sheep got this one for $100 in 1990 @ Bug Bash.
