Well as the title says guys I am building up a chassis for a friend/customer with a 2" narrowed BALL JOINT front beam BUT I am havin some problems with the steering box/ptman arm  Undecided

Now we have discused the poor positioning of the "lugs" for the steering box on these modern repro beams BUT I am having real trouble with the pitman arm hitting the beam  Roll Eyes

Anyone else had this problem Huh

Hmmmmmmmmmmm........ not sure....... let me flip my laptop around.... YES; you have the steeringbox mounted on the wrong side. Quick fix though so no worries. Glad we found the reason before you mounted your steeringwheel.

 Huh

That`s not the way to do it!! Unbolt the 4 screws that holds the beam and then flip it over (left to right). Quick fix.
