Dunno if it's been discussed before, but I am looking to swap the stock long axles on my '72 1200 bug for race axles. Thought it would be a good time to swap for short axles at the same time, just for the look of it
Can anyone who has done this before advise if it is a straight forward swap requiring just the shorter axles and tubes, or are there hidden problems around the corner
After the swap, will my car feel any different on road and strip, or will it drive the same
