I realize that I'm at a slight disadvantage being in the States, but has anyone seen the issue of VolksWorld that has this year's VW Classic coverage? Been trying to e-mail the magazine, but zero response. Ivan? Anybody?

Any positive posts regarding this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'm still looking at my Barnes and Noble, and Borders. They usually carry both Ultra and Volksworld, but nothing yet. I'll let you know if it shows up in Fullerton.

Very cool, John. That sounds at least somewhat promising. I had no idea that VolksWorld mags were available anywhere in our country. I've seen UltraVW but not everywhere.

Thanks for the effort.

Has the VW Classic issue even been published yet? It still might be too early. Some magazines cover the events either right away or a month later. Then, market the issue two or three months ahead of the actual month. I never understood that theory, but that's the way they work. Like buying a mag marked Sept. '09 in the beginning of July.

 Huh

With all of that in mind, I don't know if the magazines overseas operate in the same capacity. Perhaps it's an international thing. Who knows?

Okay, at least that a bit closer and not several months later. Thumbs up.

Wow... that's easy. My girl lives there, too. I'm only twenty minutes south of that. Any time on Saturday works for me, if your schedule allows, John.

NICE MEETING YOU TODAY...

John, right back at ya. I've actually talked to you several times, previously, at VW events. But yes... nice to have formally met. And again, thank you. Your timing was perfect; we had just pulled up and there was no traffic. Only a 15 min. drive from my house.
